Returns & Refund Policy

At NATRIL NATURALS, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our offerings—primarily personal care and natural goods—we follow specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Returns

Return Window:

You may return an item within 7 calendar days from the date you receive it.

Condition:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Proof of Purchase:

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products (due to hygiene reasons and the nature of natural ingredients)
• Products purchased during a clearance sale

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and you will be notified about the status of your return.

If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.

The credited amount will reflect within 7–10 working days, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
