Orders and Returns

At NATRIL NATURALS, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our products (often being personal care or natural goods), we have specific guidelines for returns.

Returns

Window: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all seals intact.

Proof of Purchase: Your receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products (due to hygiene and the nature of natural ingredients).

Products purchased during a clearance sale.

Refunds :

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping for Returns :

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
